01Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related jl559 policies:

02Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or the jurisdiction in which you reside.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of jl559 or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have previously held a jl559 Account that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

By completing the jl559 registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. jl559 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided during registration at any time. Providing false information — including false statements regarding age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Each individual may hold only one (1) jl559 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

03Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activities conducted through your jl559 Account, including all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals initiated. jl559 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

You must:

• Keep your jl559 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential at all times.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.
• Notify jl559 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensure that your registered email address and contact number remain current. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect jl559's ability to reach you regarding account security matters.

jl559 reserves the right to conduct periodic KYC verification checks on any Account. During a KYC review, jl559 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until verification is complete. Standard KYC documents required may include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

jl559 accepts deposits through the following Philippine-licensed payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are published in the jl559 Account banking section and are subject to change at jl559's discretion.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the jl559 Account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal being processed.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of the corresponding balance is permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• jl559 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the banking section. jl559 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Philippine banking infrastructure.

05Bonuses & Promotions

jl559 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible jl559 account holders only. jl559 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments, deposit methods, or geographic regions within the Philippines.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's Account.
• During wagering requirement fulfilment, different game categories may contribute at different rates to the requirement total. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when using Bonus Funds. Placing bets in excess of the published maximum while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus and winnings balances.
• jl559 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Players who have commenced fulfilling wagering requirements.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional loopholes, or coordinating with other Players to guarantee bonus profits — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

06Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jl559 Platform operate in accordance with the specific rules published for each game type. By placing a wager on any jl559 game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jl559 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable game categories to ensure verifiably random and fair outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or software error affecting the outcome of a wager, jl559 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the Player's Account. No claims for expected winnings arising from a technical fault will be entertained. "If in doubt, pay out" does not apply — game malfunctions void all pays and plays.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl559 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live baccarat, or any Player-versus-Player game format.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any Player who discovers a software error must report it to jl559 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using a jl559 Account to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Registering or using a jl559 Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to register or use a jl559 Account in your name.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate gaming activity.

08Responsible Gaming

jl559 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Philippine Players. The Platform provides the following tools, which are available free of charge to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-played notifications to help manage gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion through the jl559 Account settings or by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked and no deposits or wagers are permitted.

09Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jl559.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl559 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming sessions or wager outcomes resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond jl559's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Inaccuracies in game odds or promotional materials that result from typographical errors, provided that such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

jl559's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their jl559 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl559's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl559's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by applicable Philippine law.

11Privacy & Data Protection

jl559 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a jl559 Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jl559 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers operating on jl559's behalf, payment processors facilitating your transactions, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable Philippine law.

12Termination & Account Closure

You may close your jl559 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests for verified real-money balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

jl559 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player is found to be ineligible to hold a jl559 Account, including failure to meet age requirements.
• jl559 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player presents an unacceptable risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• jl559 is required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for breach, jl559 reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including real-money deposits — where permitted by applicable Philippine law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach. jl559 will provide written notice of forfeiture decisions and the basis on which they are made.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl559 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should contact jl559 customer support as a first point of contact for any Platform-related complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged with jl559 support, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where the dispute relates to gaming outcomes or regulatory compliance matters.

Subject to the foregoing, any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14Amendments to These Terms

jl559 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl559 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, a Platform notification, or both.

The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the jl559 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact jl559 support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jl559 recommends that all Players review the Terms & Conditions at least once every three months and whenever they receive a notification of an update.
